Navarro, Carolyn Murphy, Cheryl Tiegs, and Audra
Mcdonald.
Educated at Columbia University, MOTHER studied
ISHTA Yoga with yoga guru, Rod Stryker, and
was one of the founding teachers at Yoga Zone, Los Angeles
and Bel Air Yoga House. He now teaches private
clients and retreats on location, and group classes at Equinox
and Yoga Inside Out in West Hollywood.
He has been featured in Angeleno, Genre, More, Ms. Fitness,
and Self Magazine.
MOTHER released his first album, American Roots,
in 2004.
